Supported by information technology, we have successfully applied Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) to cooling recirculation water treatment widely used in production process of industrial enterprises and central conditioning systems of office buildings and public places through self-innovation, realizing an innovative breakthrough for cooling recirculation water treatment in energy saving, water saving, discharge reduction and guaranteeing public health while solving the common problems effectively in present cooling recirculation water treatment, such as water body contamination caused by chemical discharge, waste of water resource, energy waste caused by fouling, delayed treatment, etc. Now the technology has been successfully used in the Theme Pavilion of Shanghai Expo, Shengtong Metro, Shanghai Mint, SVA Co., Ltd., SKE, Mitsui Hi-tech, Gaoqiao Thermal Power Plant under Sino Petrochemical Corp., Jinfeng Wine Factory, and other famous enterprises.

This tcchnology has been granted 4 innovation patents. The survey report made by Shanghai Technical Information Institute and the expert acceptance check organized by Shanghai Scientific and Technological Committee have confirmed that “This technology has a remarkable capability in energy saving, water saving, discharge reduction and improving the level of public health, and has come up to international advanced level.”. The equipment has been appraised as a “Shanghai Self-innovation Product” (already listed in the Purchase Directory of Shanghai Government), a “Shanghai Key New Product” and a Conversed Item of Shanghai Scientific & Technological Achievements by Shanghai Development and Reform Commission, Shanghai Scientific and Technological Committee, Shanghai Finance Bureau and other government departments, and has also won the Silver Prize of “Technology and Product of 2009 International Energy Saving and Discharge Reduction Exposition”.
